FOUR MINUTES Filmproduktion produces high-quality, crowd-pleasing and artistically sophisticated films for the national and international cinema market.

FOUR MINUTES FILMPRODUKTION was founded in January 2013 by Chris Kraus and Kathrin Lemme. With the international co-production of THE BLOOM OF YESTERDAY (2017) and the development of the material for THE COLD BLOOD (2018, together with BR) and 15 YEARS (2019), we have begun to develop, finance and produce European projects together with international co-production partners. Our current and future production focus is on co-production activities in the international cinema sector.

The label not only wants to produce the current and future projects of filmmaker Chris Kraus, but also to set new accents, especially in the area of young talent, and to give directors and authors a platform, perhaps even a home.
